At Slimr, we’re committed to providing high-quality care, personalized treatment, and full transparency about our services and billing.
Subscription & Payment Terms
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
- By enrolling in a multi-month treatment plan, you agree to the full program term. Early cancellations do not result in partial or prorated refunds.
- If Slimr must discontinue or pause your program due to medication supply issues or regulatory changes, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused time or medication.
Treatment Eligibility
- If our medical team determines you’re not clinically eligible for treatment after your initial consultation, we will issue a full refund and close your account.
- If treatment is paused or declined for medical reasons at any point, we’ll communicate next steps and options clearly.
- Product & Shipping Issues
- For issues such as wrong shipments, damaged items, or billing discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our support team may request documentation (e.g., photos or order numbers) to investigate and resolve your concern.
Refund Timing
- Once a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If your refund doesn’t appear after that time, please check with your bank before contacting our support team for further assistance.
