Slimr is a new and innovative weight loss clinic that utilizes the latest in medical advances, is
seeking a Nurse Practitioner that is highly motivated and a dynamic individual to join our team.
As a valuable member of our clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact
on our clients’ lives by providing personalized weight loss guidance and support. If you are
passionate about helping individuals achieve their weight loss goals and possess the required

Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients individually via telehealth to conduct comprehensive assessments of their
medical history, current health status and weight loss goals.
• Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor while interacting with clients, providing
motivation and encouragement throughout their weight loss journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting all interactions,
interventions, and progress.
• Work independently, managing a caseload of clients and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Prescribe weight loss medications within the guidelines and parameters set by our medical
director.
Requirements:
• Valid and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification, NPI, and accreditations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire clients.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Prior experience working in a weight loss clinic, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
